Buying or Selling Veterinary Clinics FAQ

We know you have lots of questions about buying or selling your veterinary clinic. If you have one that isn’t answered below please ask using the form below.

What should I do to help sell my veterinary practice?

Clean up your financials: Trying to avoid taxes doesn’t help improve your revenue on the books.

Have realistic expectations: The sale price depends on your cash flow as well as your debt. Corporate purchase offerings often only look at the return on investment and will not consider debt.

Get help: Use a third-party valuation/broker. They can evaluate a practice and market to both individual and corporate buyers. It’s worth the money.
